2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at kk99, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh. Each user may open only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. kk99 may request additional documents or information at any time for the purpose of verifying a user's identity. Providing false information may result in the immediate suspension or closure of the account and the withholding of relevant funds.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

To make a deposit at kk99, users must use a platform-approved payment method; the full list is available on the deposit page. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to platform guidelines and may change from time to time. Identity verification must be completed before withdrawal requests can be processed. All financial transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). In the event of any suspicious or fraudulent transaction, kk99 reserves the right to hold the relevant funds until an investigation is concluded.

4. Gaming Rules & Responsible Conduct

All games on kk99 are conducted in a fair and impartial manner. Users are solely responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before participating. Cheating, using bots, or any form of technical manipulation to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure. Exploiting any system error or bug is equally punishable; any winnings obtained in this way will be considered void. 5. Account Security & Privacy

Keeping your account login credentials completely confidential is your own responsibility. 6. Service Suspension & Account Termination

Kk99 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time and for any reason, particularly in cases of terms violations. Users may also request account closure through support. If a valid balance exists at the time of closure, it will be returned to the user after verification. However, balances on accounts closed due to terms violations may be forfeited. Temporary interruptions may occur during platform maintenance, and these will not be grounds for any compensation claim.

7. Limitations & Disclaimer

Kk99 is not liable for any loss caused by technical failures, network issues, or third-party service failures. Gaming is a form of entertainment and users are solely responsible for their own financial decisions. Certain services may be suddenly discontinued or modified due to changes in law or regulatory directives.
